By using wikoERP, you agree to use the platform lawfully, maintain accurate data, and keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Full legal text is below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the wikoERP platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. wikoERP will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm wikoERP, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include: uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access to any part of the system, using the platform to store or transmit illegal content, scraping or data-mining the service without consent, or impersonating any person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of wikoERP and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of wikoERP.
5. Data & User Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant wikoERP a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties. wikoERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
